STEP 1 – CONTACT

Call us, send us an email or use the contact form to provide us with your requirements. We pride ourselves in our response times.

STEP 2 – QUOTE

We will send through a quote with the options we think best suit your requirements.

STEP 3 – ORDER

You decide which products and quantities will best suit your needs and we will send through an order form including freight costs. This can either be signed and scanned back to us or a matching purchase order produced. Alternatively call through your credit card details to get your order underway immediately.

STEP 4 – ARTWORK

Once we have an order we will request artwork and a brief. Based on this we will produce 2-3 design options and send them through as proofs by email. You can either request changes (3 rounds of changes included) or approve the one you like. Once you have approved the artwork you will also receive the invoice

STEP 5 – PAYMENT

Full payment is required before sending jobs to print unless you have an account with us by prior arrangement.

STEP 6 – DELIVERY

Your products will be delivered in 8-14 working days depending on your location and which day of the week approval was received. We can confirm the exact lead time once artwork is sent to print.
